The "Spider-Man" (15 cm) collector's figure comes from the "Die Cast" metal figure series by Jada Toys and was produced using the pressure die-casting process. The hero was staged here in a very detailed and dynamic way.
Die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured or pressed into steel molds. The molds are made of steel and specially designed for each project.
The Amazing "Spider-Man" aka Peter Parker is a popular character from the Marvel Comics Universe. It first appeared in 1962 and was conceived by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. After being bitten by a radioactive spider, young Peter developed superhuman strength and spider sense, which warned him of danger. He developed into a superhero who proved himself in countless adventures against evil villains. The friendly neighborhood "spider" eventually became a member of the Avengers as well. Through movies, comics and countless merchandising items, the character advanced to become part of modern pop culture.

Jada Toys was founded in 1999 by Jack and May Li. The toy manufacturer started with zinc die-cast vehicles. Specialized designs and RC models were created through cooperation with magazines, later the doll series "Cute Pops" was added as well as many licensed products. In 2019 Jada became part of the Simba Dickie Group.
